concerned

i have to say, i was very excited when I called in this morning and was offered an insurance quote by nedbank direct. i needed to finalize cancellation with my current insurer first, i then called Nedbank back, and i am being transferred from 1 department to the next. all I'm trying to do was to conclude my quote , no one has my details on file. i am advised that the department underwrites for Nedbank, however my quote was done by Nedbank direct. i called 3 times and was advised someone will call me back. 3 times upon me calling and requesting a call back, still no one has called me. who is Nedbank direct? how do we get hold of Nedbank direct? why is the number shared with auto and general? why is no one calling me back? how do i get assistance? does my quote exists? please assist
