Compromised safety and health due to burnt roof

On 6th December 2014, our house caught fire and we were able to save most but parts of the roof. Today is the 30th March 2015 and still our roof has not yet been fixed.

The suppliers from Nedbank's insurance fixed the geyser...left it without replacing the pressure valve.

The roof suppliers came and put in new ceiling boards temporarily the week before Christmas, painted the rooms wrong colours and replaced the rest of the ceiling boards, excluding 1 room. The actual beams have not yet been fixed and each time they have come they leave gaps in the roof tiles which means when it rains, the rain leaks into the house.

Our electricity is not working correctly because of the light fixtures which have been hanging unsafely and they have tampered with the electrics, including our Alarm system which has been affected, each time they come. Our safety is clearly not a concern, with small kids in the house and I am pregnant, our life has been adversely affected by this lack of delivery!

The carpet suppliers phone weekly to find out if the roof is fixed for them to come in and replace the carpets, these are not done.

Am tired of the promises which are made an not kept!
