Comprehensive car insurance cla8im

This year Nedbank offered me a car insurance while I was at their branch at Umlazi Megacity since I also bank with them I trusted that it's was legit. The insurance premium they offered me was substantially cheaper than what I was paying with Iwyze "OldMutual" so I ended up taking the cover. On the 18th of October 2023 I was hijacked my vehicle "NISSAN ALMERA 2021 model" in my homestead at GunPoint. I followed all the procedures, I reported the car to the tracking company "NETSTAR" only to be told we couldn't recover your vehicle and that was it. I also reported the case to the police only to be told the case was closed due to not having enough evidence. Fast forward I made the claim with insurance and I have not been assisted. I have sent a number of emails no one have responded to them. I have made a number of calls still I have not been assisted. I've been told that the lady who is dealing with my claim is "Tania" and she never contacted me. The most painful part parts is that the car hire was due on the 20th November 2023 and I had to use my children money to extend since I need the vehicle to go to work. Since then no one has came up to assist me. On the 20th same day when the car hire was due I spoke with one of their consultants she told me that my account have been settled and when I asked for PROOF OF PAYMENT she did not do so. I then called Mfc to check whether my account have been cleared or not and they told me they have not received anything.
