I went to open an investment account at Cosmo Mall NEDBANK. HHHHUH?? Such customer service before. BUSISIWE is the bomb/ Vibe/ whatever positive word you want to associate her with. I must say, I am definitely moving from FNB, to NEDBANK. She explained how the bank works and treats it's clients, the benefits and all.
