Compliment - Nedbank Signet Terrace

Good day,

My name is Hlengiwe Chauke.

On Saturday 15/01/2022 I went to Nedbank Signet Terrace in Lenasia JHB and I was assisted by the guy named Andile (Teller 10). I would like to compliment him for an excellent customer service. I wanted to open an account and he picked up that I had an account however it was now dormant. He asked me to deposit R50 at the ATM then come back to him so that he can have it activated. I did that and he updated my contact details.

He was patient and explained everything to me in detail and answered my questions. He activated the App on my phone and assisted me in setting it up. He did not hurry me and made sure that I understand. I felt so important as a customer and I would like to say to him “keep it up”.
