I am writing to compliment one of your consultants, Tholithemba Dunge, for the excellent service I received recently.

I had been experiencing a login issue with my banking app. Two previous agents were unable to resolve it. Tholithemba diagnosed and resolved the problem on his first attempt, showing strong technical competence and genuine care in handling the query.

I also want to mention that he asked whether I could speak isiZulu, which meant a great deal to me. Being served in my own language added a personal touch that made the interaction stand out.
