Busisiwe Masobunka assisted me in opening a Keyona account in your Carlton Cetre Branch. I'd really like to appreciate the good service that she gives and the positive energy that flows from her that made both my mom and I feel at ease while dealing with her. Busisiwe is a great asset to your company and as someone who has experience in Retail Customer Service Management I found her to be very efficient and good at what she does. Busisiwe called to check if I am still happy with the account that she has opened for me and still remebered that I was with my mother while opening the account which was just brilliant as it showed that she does not see clients as numbers that help you meet targets however that she takes serious interest in what she does. I am really impressed with this young ladies customer service and I have since started referring my clients to her so that she can open accounts for them. The Nedbank account she opened for me is not my Primary account however with service like that I might make it one.
