Compliment

My name is Nomhle Khumalo and I just want to make it 100% clear that this particular rating is based on the service my colleagues and I received from one particular Mr Tau Tsolo from Nedbank Chris Hani Crossing Mall. His service was excellent and he was able to answer whichever question we felt needed answering and was honest in his answering. Honestly if it were up to me he would be the branch manager because he clearly gets what customer service is all about. As for the rest of the staff still giving us bad attitude to the point we were asked "then why did you choose Nedbank?" and the manager was not bothered to do anything about such. Thank you so much Mr Tsolo, your colleagues can definitely take a page out of your book.
