Completely useless

Their ATM screens do not work and you have to tap it so many times it lands up crashing. Their app crashes almost weekly. One of their ATMs swallowed my card, I then waited in the cue for over an hour to get it back. As I got to the front of the line I was told the bank has to close so they cannot help me. I was then told I could draw money with their money app. I went to 3 different atms in different areas and none of their money app withdrawals worked. I am getting married in a week and have not been able to access my own money in almost a week as nothing of theirs works. I have spoken to two of their employees to ask for help and have been told theres nothing they can do, I must deal with it. The somerset west mall branch is all but entirely useless.
