Completely *********

I have been struggling with this bank for over a year now and have the email logs to prove it! This bank is utterly pathetic. If you cannot do a good job at it then do not provide the service!! First it started with ignoring my saving accounts instructions, and now I have been struggling with the student rewards since May 2018. I am a paying client and I am not getting my money's worth. I am currently filling in an ombudsman application, I will not leave this matter here. I am sick and tired of these large corporations taking our hard earned money and giving the minimal service.
