Completely Neglecting Customers

Terrible service from Nedbank Mall of the South and Campus square. The attitude of the people I had to go through was appalling. Very disappointing, to think I bank here. I'm highly considering jumping ship for real. I still didn't get what I truly wanted and had to settle for something else. Furthermore that damn card I got is not even linked to my account as they said it will be. Horrific indeed. The waiting times are too long that time the bank has a few people. The consultants seem more focused on talking with one another than offering customer service.
