Complete Disgusting Service!

My wife and I are Pensioners with Investments with Nedbank but they are charging us Maintenance Fees in spite of stating that NO Fees will be charged if we have R20,000 invested! Have contacted seven "complaint" staff members who are completely useless and pass the buck after arguing that we have to PAY Maintenance Fees in contradiction to what we have in Writing!
