Complement /Complaint

<p>Hello Peter, this review is not really for complaining but will be if I don't get assisted. </p> <p>I have a 32 day notice deposit with nedbank and I once was in an emergency and went inside the branch to ask if I can withdraw some money urgently. I was told there's no way to get it before time and I mentioned I don't mind the penalties but the branch told me the people at head office are responsible for that. I left and gad to find another way to get the money urgently whilst I have savings. Right now am in hospital and gave just called the call centre to release some of my funds so I can pay the hospital but after being redirected you a few places I was told I need to do this inside the branch to which I responded it can't be done at the branch I was told. Now I told the lady am in hospital and can't go to the branch, and asked if she can give me the branch numbers and also for the head office because the branch told me it can't be done,. I ran out of airtime whilst trying to get the number but I know I am still going to have to go from pillar to post. Can someone from head office call me please because this is urgent. *Nedbank is still the best bank, hopefully they won't disappoint.*</p>
