***** complaints not getting the needed urgency

Someone opened a bank account in my name and app**** for credit at institutions.

I informed the bank of this in February already and still the case is being investigated with no one even calling me for the last 5months with any update.

I don't think the matter was taken seriously and that investigation ever took place. Till my recent calls. I have probably called about 10times for updates on the matter.
