Good day I'm ntando nkosi ID no *** and contacts *** , i am ****ed with the poorer service I did received from nedbank emoyeni mall starting from security personnel to the information desk until to branch consultants and to the call centre angent reason being on 20th of December 2019 around 17:22 was the time I went to withdrawn cash from the branch to amount money of R2000rand in the visibility of a security personnel but problem was that the was no money coming out of the atm but on my phone I did got notification saying that I did withdrawn that money from that atm but I did only got a slip without cash coming out from the atm and I didn't move from the atm from several minutes and I did notice that the cash didn't come out but I did get a notification on my cellphone and I decided to call the security personnel and did query to him about situation I did experienced currently in atm and he told me he doesn't knew anything and I decided to call their call centre and they told me that the money is being withdrawn in other atm in kanyamazane complex but my notification massage says It being withdrawn from atm I was in but they are telling me otherwise and I did decided to get inside the branch in emoyeni mall I was just being told they will not help cause the money is being withdrawn by their consultants so easily but I lost R2000 from their Atm errors even now I even got that notification massage saying that the money is being withdrawn from emoyeni mall atm not to the one the telling me is being withdrawn at kanyamazane
