"Complaint resolution" or "further frustration" team?

When I first moved from a competitor to Nedbank, I was extremely impressed with how efficient they are. Now - two years down the line - I absolutely regret it. Their so called "complaints resolution" team can not even be bothered to read a complaint, or they are incapable of reading with comprehension. Either way - it leads to extremely frustrated clients.
