COMPLAINT REGARDING BRIAN UBISI

I am completely appalled by Brian Ubisi (***) at Nedbank Westgate in Gauteng and the service that he has rendered in terms in dealing with managing the finances of my late grandfather. The disrespect and disgust towards handling this amicably is beyond what I would expect from a company with such reputable standards. He assisted my Late Grandfather with a Old Mutual Wealth builder and a Old Mutual Max Income policy, this was all signed and completed and to Brian (he got the commissions, so who gives a s#*& about ensuring that service is delivered to the end) . In the Will there is specified Beneficiaries linked to the policy numbers to each of the afore mentioned policies that was advised to my late grandad by Brian. However, only to discover, with direct contact with old mutual, that only one out of the two policies have listed beneficiaries on it. To my surprise it was the policy that does not earn Brian commission. My late Grandad passed in July 2021, Brian was advised to contact the beneficiaries of the policies (as he is the Financial advisor and only listed person on the policy(extremely *****)) by Old Mutual by matter of email so that the policies can be paid out. Well. This is exactly why I am posting this revolt od service and such Shady dealings. If this is not attended to, I will take to Social media to advertise this level of service and the shadiness of the dealings of Nedbank Employees.
