Complaint number : CMS***

I launched a complaint with Nedbank Insurance sometime last year in October / November & up to date I haven't heard any response. I have been dealing with Rushica.

Can someone respond & advise on this complaint that has been going on for years as part of investigating why my property never had a bond insurance cover.
