Complaint: Nedbank unauthorized transfer from my account

I would like to bring attention to Nedbank management, on the 11 Dec 2021 Nedbank has transferred a Hugh amount of money from my Nedbank pocket accounts to an inactive account.

This has costed me time, inconvenience, sleepless nights and it still hasn't been rectified.

To add : Nedbank Phoenix Plaza Staff is about the Worst you can get.

I don't recommend this bank to any one, as your money can be transferred without your knowledge by the bank and nothing is done to help you rectify their errors

as off today 14:46 15 Dec 2021, I'm still waiting for my money to be returned.
