COMPLAINT -NEDBANK

Hello Peter- I am writing this very upset with the service i am receiving from Nedbank. I am under debt review and had an overdraft on my cheque account with Nedbank of R5000 and now that has been settled. i am struggling to get a paid up letter and to release extra funds that were paid to this account. I dont know how many times i have called the call centre and how many times i went to the branch (Thorntree in Soshanguve) WORST SERVICE.I really need this to be sorted out ASAP as i need the letter to submit to my Administrators for them to stop putting money in that same account and for it to closed. cell number *** / ***-id NO: ***
