complaint ******* service and dangerous

I believe that Quilter is part of Nedbank. Fat lot of use you are. I have lived in this house for 20 years and I still get mail from the previous owner - which is ******* as the statement relflects her savings amount. I have sent this letter back many times but nothing has been resolved, either you are stupid or you just dont care that you give clients information out to other people - this is *******.
