COMPLAINT FOR NEDBANK

I am very disappointed with the customer service i get from Nedbank. 3 weeks back i went to the bank to close an account. At the branch in Cape Town I was told that i cannot close an account in the branch i have to phone their helpline. I did exactly that, i was also adviced to pay an outstanding balance of R186. I then put in R187 that day,. I then called the call center to follow up with my closure. They begged me not to close the acc, but woth the service i got i insosted to close the acc. Online they told me they cannot close i have to be in a branch again. Reference number i was given is:***. Till today my acc is not closed and i have a negative balance on that acc. They are just dropping my call
