Complaint attended to by Nedbank

About a week ago I submitted a negative report on Nedbank re the communication between the card division and ***** division. Matters have been resolved and I suggest when expecting email responses from the bank look in your 'junk mail' section first before complaining. There was one person in particular who was wonderful Merilyn Peters. Thank you.
