Complaint and need investigation with this regards

Last year 10 th November my car was bumped at the back in the packing area I called my insurance auto and general they said my car is not covered then I go to the bank when I was there I was told that is the system from the back which reversed my premium because of pending transactions that is not my fault because I left the money in the back which I withdrawn on the 22 of October now the escalate the problem to the head office yhey said I reversed by myself I just need an investigation in that because I never reversed December m travelling fro Nothern Cape to my home Eastern Cape how can I go with a car does not have insurance madness
