Complaint and bad customer service

I have registered on the nedbank money app, which almost using for everything, including reversal of debit oders, there was debit went through my account on the 25 of August tried to reverse it on the app because the service was canceled as non starter with the service provider but nedbank money app didn't give me option reverse thst debit order, phone nedbank yesterday both urgent confirmed reversal was done, and confirmed will get an sms as usual, but it's been more than 24 hrs no sms received, called nedbank again but got different story now that debit order was not reversed due to technical error with nedbank, problem is none of them boreded to give me call notify me if ddnt phone would have stay n think they money is back in my account, really need nedbank sort out this problem as soon as possible and want an update what's happening with regards to my request my number is *** DM Diseko
