Complaint and attempt to draw attention

Good day,

I have been attempting to get a copy of my title deed from Nedbank since 16 January 2020. I was promised I would have it within 3-5 working days. I phone daily. Yesterday Sibusiso Khumalo promised he would phone me back at 9am and still no feedback. Nqobile Nsunalo promised the manger would phone me latest this Monday, tomorrow is Friday.

Nedbank just does not deliver and obviously does not care about their clients. I am very dissapointed and would like my query to be resolved ASAP.
