Complaint against Nedbank refusing to withdraw my funds

I have opened an investment with nedgroup and have told the financial planner Mr Flip Venter at Montana branch at Nedbank, that I was unemployed since my husband had passed, so I told him that I had no other income so I needed to invest and have access to the funds when needs arises, cause I told him that I had problems with old Mutual so he advised me to transfer the money to him via nedgroup so I can be able to have access, but now when I needed the funds he's been giving me a runner round for more that two and am having a challenge in paying my son tuition fees and transport for school. I have exhausted everything to look for funds and he promised me two moths ago to do early withdrawal with penalty but until today I haven't received my money. His secretary said I can only get my money in February, how am I going to survive??? This is unacceptable cause he knows I have kids and am unemployed
