COMPLAINT AGAINST NEDBANK

I registered a business earlier this year and opened a business bank account with Nedbank in February and made a deposit as required. I didnt get much business in March & April as a result my banker advised me that my account was overdrawn. Between March & April it was really tough until May i received a number of business, my company started trading. My banker e-mailed me to advise me that i need to make a deposit of R119.00 in which when i went to make that deposit, my bank card was retained by the atm machine. The following day i went to my banker and told him what happened, he then said my account is closed i then seeked advise as i had issued a number of invoices some being for government departments he then said i need to submit proof that the business is still trading which i did. He sent an email to people superior than him they first didnt respond then after going there again eventually the responded with this e-mail "The last deposit into this account was in February, there were no deposits into this account. Client is not using this account.

I am not reopening an account that was never used, also client received sufficient correspondence to rectify account, client will have to make alternative arrangements for this funds." My biggest problem is that payments are to be made on Friday and she says i must make alternative arrangements, it does`nt work like that with businesses hence they confirm everything with CSD, if payments is rejected it could take up to a year for the departments to pay, this could damage my image to smaller clients as well. I kindly request help in resolving this problem.

Thanks
