Complaint agains Nedbank

I am dealing with an Estate. The deceased had quite a few accounts and investments with Nedbank. After a long battle the money was eventually transferred from the original accounts into the Estate Account. I need a summary of the payments made into the Estate Account to be able to draw up my L & D Account for the Master. I battled for the last 4 months and still did not get anything out of Nedbank. They just told me every time that they wait for third party information and that they escalated the matter. I am already in deep trouble with the Master and the Heirs and still nothing from Nedbank. I told them I am desperate - still nothing. Nedbank's service is the worst you can get.
