Complaint about poor customer service at nedbank Mahwelereng in mokopane town

Good day,

My name is Lesiba and I had an investment with you which I opened three years ago. It was maturing on the 27 September 2020. On Friday(25/09/2020) I received a call from *** regarding my plans with the money. I told the guy on the other line that I wanted to withdraw the interest and continue with the investment. The money was to be deposited to my child's account with you however I was advised to visit the branch in order to do that since they cannot initiate that if the account is not in my name. I did that by visiting the mahwelereng branch here in mokopane town on the 25/09/2020. I spoke to a Oliver Ntsoane whom did not help me. I told him exactly what I want must happen which is what I told the guy who called me. Oliver didn't bother to help me he just told me to come back on Monday and I told him I was not happy with how he assisted me. Monday(28/09/2020) I went back to the same branch and went to enquiries where I was assisted by Mrs Baloyi. She could not locate my funds as they went to polokwane cbd Bank account(where I did the investment 3 years ago) since nedbank didn't know what to do with my funds. This Oliver guy did the very same thing he did to me to my father who is a pensioner. He (my father) reported him to the manager to give him a warning about his behavior towards customers.

He is so comfortable in his seat that he does not care about customers and their t valuable time. I don't understand why you hired such an *********** person like him who is driving away your customers. I took time from my work and used my Petrol to sort out the mess he created which could have been avoided should he have done what you people hired him for. What Oliver does best is to talk on the phone with his friends in my presence and tell me irrelevant things.

I am extremely disappointed with the work of this guy. Something must be done about him. I am wondering how many people he has done this to and how many he is still gonna do this to. I am even thinking twice about doing another investment with you because of the behavior of this guy. I don't even think I can recommend nedbank Mahwelereng to anyone until something is done about this business ruining guy.

Know I have to wait for days to get money and I have plans with that money. I can't wait anymore.
