Complaint About Nedbank Khayelitsha Branch

In January 2026 I came to Nedbank Khayelitsha Mall with my dad he has Dimancia and had 2 strokes he can't walk or talk they couldn't make a new card cause his finger prints are not working I was asked by Senior Manager at the branch to bring his medical report which I did and she send all the documents to their Legal department I was ask to go to Court for Power of Attorney and I was told ill be able to get my dad's new card without bringing him to the branch it's a second month his not getting his sassa payment today I'm here as per instruction now they want my dad to come make the card himself they changing the story my dad is sick in bed and they expect me to bring him even thou I received the power of Attorney from the court and they already have his documents from the hospital stating his condition I've been waiting for a manager for 2 hours now and I'm still not getting any help I just want to close his account and open a new account from a different bank I can't do this anymore
