Complaint about club money not received from Nedbank after waiting a whole week

I am very much disappointed in Nedbank for their poor service we've received. We were told that we will receive our club savings money last week Thursday, the 9th of December. As of now, we have not received any money from Nedbank. In effort to find out what's going on, last week Saturday (the 11th} we went to the branch in Westville mall for assistance. We were told that we will receive the money on the same day that afternoon. We went again on the 14th of December to find out what was going on as we had not yet received the money. Yet again we were told that we will receive the money that afternoon or the following day in the morning. After not receiving anything in the morning, we called their customer service support department and after speaking to 2 different consultants, we were still not assist. We even requested to speak to the manager as we are beyond disappointed and angry at their service, we were told that the manager is on leave and that no one can assist us. After this terrible service we will be switching banks as this is unacceptable service.
