Complaint

Hi I made transfers to my tax free account form my current account on the 25th of Sept total amount was 44k but I made 3 transfers and only 20k reflected and I have in contact with the bank online someone will tell wait for 48hours ,and the other person told me they will refund it so today I'm told I need to go to the branch in Kzn as I transferred the money to the closed account, Nedbank agent just end the communication rudely , like today I couldn't ask about this KZN story as I was still asking for clarity but unfortunately the chat was ended So if I transferred to a closed account how come the other amount reflected
