Complaint

Bad service, I am severely penalised this month only because I struggled to keep one debit order updated. It usually gets debited on 16th/17th,but this month there was not enough fund. There is an MDS M/C debit of R8.60 that has placed me on a -R67 within 4 day. I dont know how this work, no information was provided to prepare me for this additional deduction. I am not even sure if this is a legal deduction. I would have appreciated an alert regarding this change upfront. This is now treating customer fairly for Nedbank. Very pathetic for my liking, I am thinking of taking the step of moving to another bank.

I am considering moving my account somewhere else.
