Complaint- *** Nedbank Personal Loan Debit Order

Nedbank personal loans debited my account a day before my contracted debit order date. I then called the Nedbank Personal Loans department only to be advised that they can only refund me after 48 hours, I advised them that I urgently require the funds that were debited without my authorization, still there is nothing that they can do. How can an authorized financial institution debit a client for a monthly debit order the day before the agreed debit date????????? I urgently need those funds reversed back to my account.
