Complaint

In February I claimed for my vehicle and I was referred to Pietermaritzburg Auto Magic and my car was not fixed to the standard(the pumper doesn'tnot attachto both sides of the car fenders, even now), i reported it Thabo Mazingana as He was the one responsible for my claim and he did not take my complaint serious, I had to make several calls asking for his manager and the response I will get was the manager is busy for several days of calling. I left the car for Auto Magic to do the right thing to my car but they still failed. In June I claimed for my laptop the insurance did not fix it or replace or recommend a place where I can take it by myself for it to be fixed instead they said it was old and took time to return it back to me.
