Complaint

I called Nedbank for my personal loan, I wanted them to reduce my installment on it. I told them I want to pay a lump sum of R110 000 towards it and they must recalculate my installment as I cannot afford the installment that I am currently paying.

I was send from pillar to post and now one was able to assist me. They told me it cannot be done. I am not happy about it and need someone to assist it with this.
