Complaint

I have a debit order of R5.00 that has been going off from my account with out my authority debit order ***, I went to the branch regarding this and I still haven't receive any sort of communication from them regarding this and I went at the beginning of June, branch manger was going to make a follow up on this.when ever i don't have enough funds or my account is on a negative status they will still debit,and i will be charged R150 extra because its a cheque account and on top of that the following month i will be double debited. I don't know when Nedbank started this as I started checking my statement from the month of April
