Complaint

Since the 13th I have been trying to apply for a loan at Nedbank. I qualified and the offer was to expire in 5days. I was assisted over the phone by 5 *********** agent who messed up till today. I have been calling and everytime they messs up the application because of poor listening skills. How they can employ such people is beyond my understanding.
