Complains department please help.

Nedbank Mabopane Central City always offline or excuses, we went on the 11 November to withdraw the condolence money they told us money was finished, then 12 November they were offline national, then yesterday again whilst queueing then boom offline again, security guy was chasing people out before the closing time, then today i phoned i was transferred to them, someone answered the call whilst trying to explain myself she said hold on for the manager without listening to me, i was put on hold for more than 5 minutes until i hung up, i phoned the call center 4 times and got no help.
