Complaining about Nedbank

Helo Peter My name is Patrick Mthethwa my ID number is *** my account number is *** i have an account with nedbank. On the 20.04.2019 i put money to nedbank to save for me and they said I can take it anytime if I want it in any emergency. I had an emergency on the 17.08.2019 i went to nedbank Vanderbjlpark to lodge my concern they said I owe my account is in arrears I payed the account. September i started part job the salary money went to my account since last year and i haven't received it. I called Ombudsmen they gave me this number to call *** i talked to a lady from Nedbank head office called Nthabiseng she gave me a fax number to send my documents *** i talked her the whole of December paying the account when she said I have to, next time when i call the lady called Veronica answered and said she need a reference number and Nthabiseng didn't gave me. I tried to explain to her she will view my account and get back to me she didn't. I went again and talked to the manager of Nedbank Everton mall and he said they mixed the accounts that's why I don't get my money and the account is closed I have to two R115 , I payed the money now they always say the money is in process I'm in deep debts I don't know what to do anymore.
