Complaining

Hellopeter my name is Patrick again I haven't received any positive response from Nedbank head office. I'm still waiting for my money I'm in deep debts please help me my children are suffering. When I go to Nedbank Vanderbjlpark they show me a computer screen and say your money is in process, I really need your help please
