Complain with regards to NFC(Nedbank Car Finance)

I am the execute of my deceased mother's estate, my mom had financed her car through MFC & the car has since been paid off but I am not sure at which branch she was supposed to pick up her car papers. I tried to sort this out with traffic department and was told to go to Nedbank and has since sent all the documents that were required from me (mom's death certificate, letter of authority, mom's ID copy as well as mine) & have not received any update whatsoever😡 Nedbank car finance customer service is acceptable!!!
