Complain of late state

Hi my name is samukelisiwe Sibisi I have a problem my mom died July 2021 she was banking with Nedbank.i went to Nedbank with all the documents they requested including the late state account,it been 4 mouths now I have never had any respond from nedbank.when I go to the branch they tell me that they will call me they also don't have assess to the late state department.i called the nebank call centre they gave an email address to write a complain I did that bt till today I have never had anything from them.i dnt know if they did receive the documents or not...my problem now is that the state account that I opened I'm paying R50 every month for charges so that they close the account.my email address is ***
