Complain-Nedbank Pretoria North

I went to Nedbank Pretoria North today 21 April 2022, around 10h00 and I was welcomed by a good lady who gave me a ticket to see a consultant/ cashier called Michael Lebombo, the gentleman is VERY rude to say the list and I ended up not been helped at all. I don't see myself going to that branch anymore.
