Complain

I just want to vomplain about Nedbank. My husband tried to open an account with them for 2 weeks now. There is a problem taking his fingerprints. Sending us to home affairs and back to the bank. Up and down. We went to Capitec to open an account. Only half an hour and they opened an account. Everything was sorted. Why so difficult with Nedbank. We are very unhappy with them.
