Complain

I have an issue with the stokvel dpeartment, regarding members that have been removed, but nedbank keeps on bringing them back, the club is suppose to pay R775 and we are curretly been debited R1000. I have been trying to sort this out since March and till now no one has been able to assist. I am so irritated and dont know what to do.Therebis alson members that is suppose to be on the scheduled, but he is not there.
