complain

I called on the 08/08/2023 customer at 11:52 am to request for early release on my sons 32 days and the lady calculated and while she was busy the phone cut off. I called again at 12:03 the guy told me no the request was done and I will get the money the next 09/08/2023. Today i check the money was not in. I called total 09:32 am on 09/08/2023 and the guy told me i cannot do multiple withdrawal and the is no request done. He then transfer my call to the short term insurance and was not assisted. I want to close my account. calls are recorded and i am tired of nedbank. The money is my mine i am not asking nedbanks money
