Complain

I am not satisfied with the feedback from MFC your division, I called in to change my interest rates and I was advised that they need to affordability check but to my surprise every-time repo rate increases no one calls in to affordability check. And I am fully aware that repo rate its increases by Reserve bank. But as my Bank if I advise that I wanna change interest you should consider my request. From time I bought my car to date it has increased with +R1000 no affordability check was done. I now want to change to fixed with a difference of R200 you decline my request, what systems is this. What is your end goal to have us fail to pay our cars and repossess them to sell them, after you have been deducting from us?
