Complain

I went to nedbank Kallfotein Corner in Tembisa. I had the worse service ever. I lady at counter 6 by the name of Gabriel Madunya called my ticket and when l went to get serviced she said she never called my ticket, l must go back to the help desk as she was busy with the previous ticket but the was no client. The lady was very rude, as l was going to the help desk she called another client who was E20 which didn't make sense. I was later went to a later at counter 12 who also refused to help me saying l don't have a ticket l must go back and get a ticket as she does not assist with enquiries. Only when l ask to speak to the Manger she panicked an phoned her team leader. No one has a name tag in the branch which l think is the reason why they give bad service. Including the guy that works for mobi money. They were all rude. I thought nedbank screens their employees before they take them to the branch
